Ross grew up in Cumnock and has worked in the housing sector for the last 16 years. Ross is currently Service Improvement Manager with Scotland’s Housing Network, and prior to this spent 8 years working for South Ayrshire Council, most recently as Coordinator within the Housing Policy and Strategy team.
As a Board Member, Ross is committed to seeing positive changes in the communities we serve and ensuring our tenants get the best services possible.
