Annual Rent Increase & Planned Maintenance Consultation Event

This event is an opportunity for our Tenants to come along and help shape our plans on the proposed rent increase from April 2018, the services we offer and our home improvement programme for the next 3 years.

We would like your views on our proposed rent increase from April 2017. The Association intends to continue to keep rents as affordable as we can whilst providing the services you have told us you want and continuing to invest in home improvements.

The consultation session will cover;

  • A Welcome and Introduction
  • Our Service Highlights
  • Home Improvement Proposals
  • Options for a Rent Increase from April 2018
  • Plan for the Year Ahead
  • Feedback/Questions

Transport to the hotel can be arranged if required or we can meet reasonable travel expenses. Tenants attending will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win a £40.00 voucher for a shop of their choice. Staff and board members attending the event will not be entered into the prize draw.

Don’t worry if you’re unable to attend, a full Consultation Booklet will be issued to all Tenants along with an opportunity to comment or feedback on our plans by post, email, telephone or to come and talk to us at the office.
