Clerical Assistant Six month Fixed Term Contract
Salary – EVH Grade 4, £19,827 to £22, 421 per annum
Shire Housing Association Ltd is a successful progressive housing association based in Cumnock, East Ayrshire committed to delivering our Business Plan vision of “Great Homes, Great People, Vibrant Communities”. We own and manage almost 1,000 homes across East Ayrshire, provide estate maintenance services to around 900 owners and have an annual turnover of over £4million.
This post offers an opportunity to join our hard-working staff team, and is for an initial six month period whilst we complete a staff structure review. Reporting to the Head of Customer Services the postholder will provide high quality administrative and organisational support helping us deliver excellent front-line services to tenants and external partners.
Ideally the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent customer care skills;
- A track record of effective team working;
- Experience of working in an office environment;
- Administrative and organisational Skills;
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft packages; and
- Experience of data recording, processing and record management.
Experience of working in a Housing Association environment is desirable, but not essential. The post offers generous terms and conditions including flexible working hours, contributory pension scheme, pro-rata 25 days annual leave and 15 Public holidays.
