Lucy Urquhart

Lucy joined the Association in October 2018 as Care & Repair Assistant and has recently moved into a new role as Customer Assistant, within the Customer Services Team.  Prior to her appointment at Shire she worked as a Legal Secretary for 10 years.  Lucy has an HNC in Health & Social Care and a Level 2 qualification in British Sign Language.
