With over 20 years of experience in social housing, Ross McCrindle has built a strong track record in property asset management and housing services. After five years with Shire Housing, he was recently promoted from Asset Officer to Asset Manager.
Ross is a Qualified Housing Professional, a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, and recently achieved a HNC in Building Surveying. His role includes managing reactive repairs, void properties, investment programmes, and statutory compliance, supporting the delivery of warm, safe, and sustainable homes.
