We are happy to share the results of the tenant and owner satisfaction survey that was carried out during September and October 2025.ย Over 380 tenants and 250 owners were visited by an independent surveyor to gather a range of feedback on our services.ย Our overall tenant satisfaction has increased to 90.9% but our overall owner satisfaction has decreased to 48%. At this time of year, we start to plan our budget for the next financial year, which starts in April 2026. We look at the costs of providing services and the investment required to upgrade your homes. The final piece of the puzzle is the amount by which we increase rents to be able to afford all of these costs.

Shire Housing Association Ltd has appointed Simply Diligent to carry out Legionella risk assessments in approximately 20% of our properties during this financial year.
These assessments are a legal requirement and help ensure your home remains safe and compliant with health and safety standards.
